Placing an Order:
To Place an order at www.forthemonster.com click on the
add to cart button, within the items page. When you are finished shopping,
select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will
either be asked to register or asked to proceed without registering.
Ordering:There is no minimum order at For The Monster.
Shipping (for all customers) and sales tax (for CA residents only) are calculated and added to the total of your order at the
check out, unless otherwise stated.

Making a purchase at For The Monster requires you to supply us with your contact information (Name-Address-Phone Number) When purchasing, you may choose to create an account with us and we will store your information so that the next time you shop with us, you will simply log in.
All items that are marked as Clearance are FINAL. No returns will be accepted.
Coupons & Discounts:
Discount and coupon codes are non-transferable. Coupons & Discounts can not be combined with any other offers,
or used on packaged deals. They do not have any cash value and can only be
applied towards store merchandise.
We are no longer providing Gift Certificates.
Returns:We want you to be happy with your purchase from For The Monster. All returns must be pre-approved, if you have any questions about a product you purchased from For The Monster please contact us right away. Returns must be unused and unwashed, NO seals broken on any Medela products. All personalized items are non-refundable or no exchangeable.
All returns are for EXCHANGE ONLY. You will have 14 days from original date of purchase. You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping fees.
You must contact us for a RMA# Number for All Returns. If your package arrives without an RMA# on the package, we will not accept the package, and will return it to sender. So please be sure to contact us for your RMA number.
All returns are subject to our approval, and we will contact you telling you if your return has been accepted.
Manufacturer Defects: Most items will be replaced by the manufacturer if there is a defect in the construction of the item, per the manufacturers specs. If you feel you have an item that is defective, please contact us and we will assist you as much as possible in getting your item replaced.
Layaway:For The Monster does not offer a layaway

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or store partners, For the Monster shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Errors & Omissions Policy
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
